All shipments out of Hong Kong are by DHL, which provides overnight service to most of Asia or within DHL network. Delivery to other destinations will vary depending on customs policy of every country.

Boots cannot be returned once the blades are mounted. Return and exchange of boot size is allowed on the same models ONLY within 7 days from the receipt of shipment. Apparels and novelties are not returnable.
No returns will be accepted on goods that have been used or worn.

You are responsible for the size you order through the e-mail. Remember boots will stretch back after some use, so keep this in mind when trying the boots on once you receive your order. Some discomfort is common in new boots.
